In order to create an effective learning climate, the use of new technologies in the curriculum, including the electronic learning management system (LMS), is inevitable. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship
between the acceptance of the application of the LMS in the curriculum and the effective learning climate from the
students' point of view in the faculty of medical sciences of Asadabad. In this descriptive-co relational study, the statistical population was all students of the faculty of medical sciences of Asadabad city in the academic year 2014. In this
research, stratified random sampling method was used. To estimate the sample size, Cochran formula was used and
finally, 341 people participated in the study as a statistical sample. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire
using the LMS in the curriculum and the standard questionnaire of effective learning climate was used. Data were analyzed using one-group t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The findings of this study showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the acceptance of the application of the LMS and the effective learning climate
in the Asadabad faculty of medical sciences (p <0.05).The acceptance of the implementation of the electronic learning
management system in the curriculum and the requirement for faculty members to observe educational innovations in
all educational processes to create an effective learning climate among students about the necessity of education in the
third millennium.
